Forming a Business
There are a number of different options to choose from when starting your own business:
- You can buy an existing business.
- You can consider setting up your own business which could take the form of a sole trader, a partnership or a limited company.
- You can take up a franchise.
Each option has different advantages and disadvantages which you will need to consider carefully. There will also be different set up costs and other considerations such as registering for VAT or Corporation Tax and filing documents with the Companies Registration Office.
