Award winning gardener to design new public garden for Waterford City

Award winning gardener, Diarmuid Gavin, is to design a new garden to compliment the works currrently being undertaken as part of the restoration of the Bishop's Palace on The Mall in Waterford City.
The elegant gardens, which take inspiration fromn 18th Century Italian gardens, will include rivers of lavender flowers, giant man made flowers and jets of water will line the sides of the steps and a variety of trees.
